Shipping & Returns
Once you receive your order, please take a moment to inspect it and let us know right away if there are any issues. We apply a 25% restocking fee for returns from both Retail and Wholesale customers. To return an item, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and cover the shipping costs for the return. We will issue a credit once the items are received back in our warehouse.
You have 14 days to begin itiating the return for it to be valid.
If you received the wrong item (our mistake) or if an item is defective (such as being poorly woven, mislabeled, torn, sewn incorrectly, or not what you ordered), we will provide you with an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive a credit upon receipt of the returned item. There will be no restocking fee if the error is on our part.
NOTE:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
